• Q1. How do I create an account with SFA Limited?
  To create an online account and access our wholesale pricing and services, please click here to fill in our account application form.
• Alternatively, you can contact our sales team directly via email at salesadmin@sfaltd.com.hk, and our staff will assist you with the registration process and provide your login link and temporary password.

• Q2. I'm a new customer. How do I log in and place an order?
  Welcome to SFA Limited! After your account application is processed, you will receive a login link and instructions to set up your password. Once logged in, you can browse our comprehensive product catalog and proceed to place your order. Our team is always available to guide you through your first purchase.
• Q3. What are the payment options for orders?
  For the convenience of our business clients, online payment is not required at the time of order placement. Payments are typically settled via cash on delivery or through an established credit account, as per the terms of your account application agreement. For more details, please contact your dedicated salesperson.
• Q4. How can I track my order and receive confirmation?
  Upon placing an order, you will receive an immediate order process confirmation email acknowledging receipt. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, a separate email will be sent to confirm its delivery status. For real-time updates or further assistance, you can always contact your salesperson or our customer services team.

Shipping & Delivery

• Q1. What is SFA Limited's delivery schedule?
  We strive for efficient delivery to support your business operations. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before our cut-off time of 15:00 HKT are scheduled for delivery on the next working day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed and delivered two business days later, strictly adhering to our daily delivery schedule (Monday to Saturday for HK, Kowloon, and NT Area).
• Q2. What should I do if my order is incomplete or I need to change the delivery address?
  We meticulously prepare every order, but should you find your delivery incomplete, please contact your salesperson immediately for resolution.
• For any changes to your delivery address, date, or time, please provide our Operation Department with no less than 24 hours' notice, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), by calling 2277 9555. This ensures we can accommodate your request without disruption.
